De hecho esta particularidad hará que muchos clientes acudamos a Marchand solo una vez, pues si vas por un lápiz o una goma o un solo pliego de papel, no es la mejor opción para estar ahí.
El servicio es muy malo. El guardia a la entrada está distraído y nota que alguien llegó hasta que suspende su plática con alguien del mostrador. Los empleados no tienen actitud de servicio, están dispersos y alejados de la gente... Debes explorar y perderte tu solo en ese lugar excesivamente grande para ser papelería. Hay un sujeto con gafete, pero ni siquiera te habla cuando preguntas algo, parece que solo vigila a los clientes y hace indicaciones con las manos o gestos sin mediar palabra.
La cajera es muy amable, sin embargo, y tiene una actitud sensacional. Pero no es suficiente para salvar a este negocio de las dos estrellas.
