Casa María Resort - 63732 Bucerías

Fuimos en plan familia y nos gustó mucho. La atención fue excelente y el condo tenía una cocina muy bien equipada con lo básico y esencial. El lugar nos pareció tranquilo y la vista al mar hermosa. Es cierto que la playa que está exactamente en frente del hotel no es apta para nadar pq hay rocas (rocas que no es posible ni deseable mover por razones ambientales), pero solo hay que caminar unos 5 o 10 minutos sobre la playa y ya uno encuentra un mar muy tranquilo para nadar. Si se camina un poco más llegas a un restaurante donde si consumes te dan camastros o sillas para hacerte en la playa con su respectiva sombrilla. Los precios son los que encuentras en ese tipo de lugares en la playa. A 10 minutos en coche está la playa de Bucerías, dónde hay más gente y el mar es delicioso y tranquilo, ideal para niños pequeños, pues no es muy hondo y las olas son pequeñas, por lo que se pueden disfrutar mucho.

You gotta stay here. Make sure you get the ocean front condo. Breakfasts were delicious and only cost $10!! Brendan the manager was warm and welcoming. Everything was clean and it has the feel of old Mexico. We had an amazing stay. It’s about a 30 min walk along the beach to downtown Bucerias

Loved it! I wasn't quite sure pulling up what we were getting but after meeting the owners brother Brandon we knew we were in good hands. We were upgraded and a delicious breakfast was included. He went out of his way to make sure everyone had what they needed. The people here love him. The room was spotless. Although the swimming right in front of the hotel is not perfect you can walk a couple hundred meters in either direction to swim. The pool is refreshing and just the right size for this place. Definitely will be back!

Wow, where do I start. I’ll first say that I am a casual traveller. I travel as often as I can, but not enough to my taste ?. This was my first AirBnB experience in Mexico and while I was not stressed, I was curious to see how it would pan out. Let me tell you right now ; It was simply amazing! From the start of the reservation to the end of our vacation, the experience was flawless. About us ; We were a group of 10 consisting of 2 families (6 and 4) and we were staying for 10 days. We rented to whole Villa and this means that the entire ground floor was ours. I’ll start with the Villa. Open floors, multiple windows, amazing views of the pool and the ocean, typical Mexican decoration, all amenities with an impressive kitchen!! It wasn’t new, but boy did it do the job! Rooms were spacious with plenty of beds for everyone and A/C. There is full bathroom in every room plus one of the common area. Like I said, it was perfect for us. It’s important to note that this is not ‘Miami’ luxury, but it’s just perfect and exactly what we were looking for. If you are curious and would like some pictures, please let me know. It will be a pleasure for me to discuss in private. Now, to the most important part ; the service. When I rented the Villa, I exchanged with the owner, Kevin. He was fast to answer my questions and extremely helpful when it came to arrangements. He made a special visit and came in person to meet me which for me, was a very nice gesture! It made my day. Once everything was booked, I exchanged emails with Caro (reservation and questions for the villa) who also made it super easy to fulfill all of our requirements and believe it or not, we had quite a few!! Once we have arrived, we were greeted by Yvan. Yvan was one of the key ingredients to our perfect journey. Yvan was there everyday to answer all of our questions, help us out with any issues we might have had, I asked him for a boogie board and he brought one from his home to lend it to me! He took care of us the entire time. To have someone who speaks English (I have base in Spanish) close-by does wonders and reassured a lot of my friends and family. I’ve always said that travelling to a country where you will not be using your first language creates barrier. Well in this case, there was none. I can’t express with words how grateful we were to have Yvan with us. There is also Mario security guard that is there all night and watches over the Villa and how could I forget the 2 beautiful maid that were there every morning to clean the entire place ; beds, floor, bathrooms, kitchen… every time we came back from the beach, the place was spotless. So, i'll say it again, if you want to live the true experience of being ocean view, hearing the waves, able to go out make 10 steps and jump in a pool....this is the place. This is my personal opinion and while I have seen way more luxurious places, I fell in love with this one! Note for everyone, this is a 3 story building. When you rent the Villa, you have the entire ground floor to yourself. There is also smaller condos/rooms with amenities on the 2nd and 3rd floor and from discussions I had with people occupying them while I was there , they were all VERY pleased with their places. This Villa is ocean front but will not be perfect for swimming because there is a lot of rocks right in front. That said, you walk just a little on your left and you can find the right spot. Views are amazing!!!

This is a wonderful place. Ivan is the perfect host, so helpful. The rooms are huge, clean and the cleaning ladies were great. Highly recommend
