Yamel se niega a regresar el 100% del dinero pagado. Tenemos más de 6 meses con este problema y dice que no tiene dinero. Se le ha buscado por todos los medios para resolver esto y siempre es lo mismo.
Terrible service in the furniture store, they do not respect their clients nor are they responsible for the items that arrive in terrible conditions.

Podría ser un excelente restaurant si mejoraran la calidad en el servicio y tuvieran su acceso sin tener que sortear la mueblería del primer piso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí a comprar sillas. Pagué con mi tarjeta el anticipo de $16,200 pesos el 5 de Noviembre del 2019. Las sillas estaban en pésimo estado, no las acepté. Cancelé la orden. Me daban un cheque por el 95% de mi pago de anticipo. No lo acepté. Hasta el día de hoy Yamel una persona ventajosa y sin principios está evidenciando Casa Maró. Es un lugar donde no son confiables ni profesionales. Yamel se toma todo personal, le responde a los clientes lo que se le viene a la cabeza sin filtro entre la cabeza y la boca. Hoy es 2 de JULIO del 2020 y aún no no nos ha querido devolver el dinero alegando que NO TIENE DINERO. No somos personas de demandas somos personas profesionales, quienes preferimos resolver las cosas con palabras. Desafortunadamente vamos a tener que proceder de otra forma por la falta de criterio de Yamel Manjarrez la encargada quien es aparentemente hija de la dueña. Yamel Manjarrez, NO ha forjado un negocio simplemente le calló del cielo y le ha quedado grande el puesto.
La tienda está sola siempre y con estos antecedentes no creo que vayan a tener más credibilidad. Tampoco hemos tenido respuesta de la propietaria de la mueblería Casa Maro, Margarita Robles Serrano lo cual nos has dejado con muy mal sabor de boca.
