And most important: clean toilet and good shower pressure and Super clean toilet bowl. And strong and quiet aircon! Cannot ask for me for the price offered by the nice host! Highly recommend

Very friendly and welcome. You will get exactly what the online pictures show.

You can find it just a couple of blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue, super close to Mega Supermarket where you can shop anything! We give the common kitchen a 10, always super clean and the most friendly staff. I traveled with my husband&kids, I felt safe in the area and they gave me good tips for places to visit.
We want to come back just now! ❤️

15-20 mins walk to the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for your short or longterm stay. I called this place home for about 3 months when I first moved from Miami to Playa. The building is well taken care of. The rooms are kept clean. Hot showers are a plus and beds are very comfortable. The location is quiet and safe to walk around at night. The host and people managing the building are all very welcoming and friendly. You will feel at home ?.
The supermarket (Mega) is just 5 minutes away and you are within walking distance from the beach and 5th avenue. I loved the top terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy the sunset ?. The shared kitchen and tv room is a nice touch and a nice place to meet other travelers from other countries.
Most rooms have a small table where you can get your work done while enjoying the strong wifi. Recommend it!?
