★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had cochinita and the pizza. Cochinita was good, although the meat was to dry to my taste. The pizza however was avarage at best, so I would rather recommend to stick to local cusine in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food but ask for the extended menu in spanish and don‘t be happy with the short tourist version in english/spanish. They have more local dishes to offer, just ask for. Guacamole is superb. The Puc Choc worth a try. Service is attentive. Also the concept of a restaurant gallery is nice. But don‘t forget to check the quenta. In my case they outlined each of the food and drinks, but added 15% tip as a lump sum to the total amount. Of course that was not outlined. I call this tourist rip off. Normally 5/5 but need to decrease by 3. Finally 2/5, hopefully they will learn and improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this restaurant for 2 days in a row 25th and 26th of December, 2021.
POSITIVE: The food was good. Our group of 5 enjoyed all the food but, our favorites were the Sopa de Lima (lime soup) and the cheesecake. The staff was attentive and the place has a good atmosphere.
NEGATIVE: Everything is very overpriced. On the second day that we visited, we were truly disappointed to learn that the tip is included in the bill without the customer's knowledge nor consent. We only learned this because we were calculating the bill amount and our waiter, Gael, told us: "If the amount is not correct it's because the 15% tip is included". I appreciate the "honesty" but I think the only reason why he told us is because we were already doing the math. We were truly appalled. The night before our bill was almost 3000 mxn (with a 15% tip included) and we left our waiter at the time, Valerio, another 15% tip and he did not tell us that the tip was already included. He shamelessly got a 30% tip. It is outrageous! I have nothing against leaving a reasonable tip (for a good service) but this was a rip off. We are definitely not going back to that place.
About the crafts: The guys that sell the crafts and textiles are just the middle men. Everything is super overpriced. They told us it was exclusive and it turns out it's exactly the same thing that you can find everywhere in Merida. They just charge more because they are inside the restaurant. I wonder how much of the ridiculous amount of money they sell the pieces for actually goes to the artisans.
BOTTOM LINE: I don't recommend this place because even though the food is OK they are dishonest. If you still want to eat there, do yourself a favor and check the bill. Don't feel obligated to leave a tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely stop by this amazing place! Excellent guacamole super fresh ingredients. Also the steak fajitas with onion, yellow peppers and handmade corn tortillas. My husband and I had the best time chatting with Luca. I can't wait to go back and enjoy some other dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe got lucky that day but…. Delicious. Great variety of options including various local classic but not only. Great spot for satisfying your mouth and craving for local art crafts. In the picture some of the dishes that took my heart out. Don’t leave without trying the guacamole. For more experiences like this follow @quiquinnv

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful restaurant with the seating options of a courtyard or air conditioned rooms. The service was excellent, but our dishes of vegetarian and chicken fajitas were just average. The guacamole however, was exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spanish pizza had some delicious meats on it, and I was surprised how much I liked it (although it doesn’t compare to any NY pizza).
It was a busy evening and the service was average. Environment is eclectic, maybe a bit weird. I felt like I was eating in a mall food court. The restaurant is surrounded by retail stores. This at least gives you something to do while waiting for your order.
