★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El reservamos una habitacion y no tenia ventanas, no tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilator q no enfriaba mucho, los baños sucios, la regadera un asco se llenaban de agua, mucho ruido y el internet malisimo, llegamos a las 4 pm y baño estaba sucio y nos salimos a las 9 am y el baño seguia sucio, no lo recomiendo, hay mejores opciones al mismo precio.
 We booked a room and it did not have windows, it did not have air conditioning, only a fan that did not cool much, the dirty bathrooms, the disgusting shower filled with water, a lot of noise and the internet was terrible, we arrived at 4 pm and the bathroom was dirty and we left at 9 am and the bathroom was still dirty, I do not recommend it, there are better options at the same price.

Hice una reservacion online con 10 días de anticipación y el mismo día marque por teléfono y me confirmaron mi reserva, 4 días antes de mi llegada tuve contacto con ellos y aun todo seguía en orden y luego sin explicaciones me obligaron a cancelar un día antes de mi viaje. Al final tuve que cambiar de opción y por los tiempos me salio más caro. NO RECOMENDADO
THEY DO NOT RESPECT RESERVATIONS, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING
I made an online reservation 10 days in advance and the same day I called by phone and they confirmed my reservation, 4 days before my arrival I had contact with them and everything was still in order and then without explanation they forced me to cancel a day before my trip. In the end I had to change my option and because of the times it was more expensive. NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy amable, pero el servicio es deficiente, me otorgaron una litera, pregunté si la litera era compartida y me dijeron que no lo era! Total me terminaron cobrando por guardar mis cosas $300 NUNCA IRÍA AHÍ DE NUEVO, ademas la persona que nos estaba atendiendo nos comento que la habíamos despertado, NETA HORRIBLE SERVICIO, cuando no hay amabilidad.
The attention is very friendly, but the service is poor, they gave me a bunk bed, I asked if the bunk bed was shared and they told me that it was not! Total they ended up charging me $300 to store my things I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, also the person who was attending us told us that we had woken her up, NET HORRIBLE SERVICE, when there is no kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, seemingly safe, location and friendly staff. The place could however use some kind of reception as staff was not readily around. There was a few times where I was the one opening up the door to new guests. Also the shared bathrooms are not very clean, there was lots of hair in the shared bathrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostel was very comfortable and well located in a beautiful old house with high ceilings and large windows and open spaces full of light. The beds were good and the linens fresh and clean. The staff very welcoming and good at problem solving. The shared kitchen is well equipped. I stayed in an individual room and though the bathroom was shared, it was fine. I looked at the bunk rooms and everything was spotless and well designed. An ideal and inexpensive place to call home in Mexico City, thanks!
