Yo y prima tuvimos que quedarle el respaldo a la Virgen de Guadalupe con un cuchillo y envolver la en dos bolsas de basura hasta YO misma compré cita adhesiva para envolver la en las dos bolsas de basura. . No tenían periódicos ni ningún otro papel o plástico de burbujas para envolver la. Gaste mas de 6 mil pesos para un servicio muy mal. Esperemos que en el futuro podamos ir de nuevo y tener personal que pueden atender a la gente bien. Esta Virgen de Guadalupe se va ir a los EEUU por eso hera importante que estuviera bien proteceda para el viaje.

They didn't have newspapers or any other paper or bubble wrap to wrap it around. I spent more than 6 thousand pesos for a very bad service. Hopefully in the future we can go again and have staff that can serve people well. This Virgin of Guadalupe is going to the United States, so it was important that she be well protected for the trip.
