★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Justo en la calle del arroyo se estableció está posada. Muy bien amueblada, agradable a la vista. junto a la clínica veterinaria se ven confortables los cuartos. parece que tiene aire acondicionado y servicio de Wifi
 Right across the street from the creek this inn was established. Very well furnished, pleasing to the eye. next to the veterinary clinic the rooms are comfortable. seems to have air conditioning and Wifi service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ С точки зрения не 5-ти звездочного путешественника место практически идеальное для проживания в таком туристическом месте, при учёте небогатости местного населения и небогатого выбора жилья. Есть гораздо хуже за гораздо большие деньги. От пляжа 5-7 минут, в зависимости от направления. Улица достаточно тихая, ночью особенно. Петухи! Это бич всех деревень, независимо от точки их нахождения. Само жилье комфортно, кондиционер, потолочный вентилятор, холодильник, чайник, френч пресс, электро плитка 2-х комфорочная, какие-то специи, соль, растительное масло, и пр. мелочи. Помещения, видно, только после ремонта, светлые. Хозяин и хозяйка вменяемые, ненавязчивые.
From the point of view of a non-5-star traveler, the place is almost ideal for living in such a tourist place, given the poor local population and the poor choice of housing. There are much worse for a lot more money. From the beach 5-7 minutes, depending on the direction. The street is quite quiet, especially at night. Roosters! This is the scourge of all villages, regardless of where they are located. The housing itself is comfortable, air conditioning, ceiling fan, refrigerator, kettle, French press, 2-burner electric stove, some spices, salt, vegetable oil, and other little things. The premises, apparently, only after renovation, are bright. The owner and hostess are sane, unobtrusive.

Fuera de todas pretensiones. No tiene grandes lujos.
No hay agua caliente, pero si te bañas en el día el agua no sale tan fría.
Es perfecto para pasar la noche en Mazunte.
A simple but super clean and functional place.
Out of all pretensions. It has no great luxuries.
There is no hot water, but if you bathe during the day the water does not come out so cold.
It is perfect to spend the night in Mazunte.

Environnement un peu bordélique (mais comme un peu partout dans la ville), des petites choses simples pourraient être améliorées : une lunette de toilette réparée un frigo propre, un hôte plus avenant sur les activités à faire dans le coin…
Nice little clean room with excellent bedding. Shared kitchen on the balcony with hammocks. Very good value for money. Good wifi.
A little messy environment (but like everywhere in the city), simple little things could be improved: a repaired toilet seat, a clean fridge, a more pleasant host on the activities to do in the area ...

Puntos a mejorar: la tapa de la taza del baño y limpiar la cocina.
A considerar si piensas hospedarte: el sitio es muy ruidoso por la mañana y para entrar al cuarto hay que pasar por el patio de otra persona.
The room is comfortable, good location and very comfortable bed
Points to improve: the lid of the toilet and cleaning the kitchen.
To consider if you plan to stay: the place is very noisy in the morning and to enter the room you have to go through someone else's patio.
