★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Graciela and the amazing staff!! My best friend and I stayed there on January 12th 2022. Before we arrived I wanted to plan a surprise and have a bottle of Casamigos in the room. The presentation and everything that was added with the bottle exceeded my expectations! My friend was so happy, it really made for an incredible welcome! Thank you for everything and I will definitely stay again when I’m back in Cozumel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and clean hotel with a great breakfast buffet that is included. Good location and the pool has a nice view of the water and sunset. There is a 7/11 store right next door which is very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying overnight in Cozumel and loved it. So convenient to everything. Staff is amazing especially Vicente & Sinthia at breakfast every morning. Huge breakfast buffet included in the morning. Room got nice & cold. The hotel is a little dated but well kept and staff take great care of it & the guests. Our departure Covid test was scheduled by the front desk, someone came to our room to administer it & results via email in an hour.
We did have to keep asking for extra towels so it would be nice if they would always leave 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels & 4 face towels in the room. We reserved a city view room & got 306 which had a view of the breakfast area & a partial ocean view. Graciela has also been a great help on WhatsApp. We’ve only been home 2 weeks and are already going back this week we loved Casa Mexicana & Cozumel!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, good price,amazing breakfast, courteous friendly staff. Way too noisy from 6:15am till breakfast is over around 11. This may be due to the location of our room. Noisy at night when all the party people come back to the hotel and could care less about anyone but themselves. Profanity galore and just noisy as heck and this isn't even carnival time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We opted to try staying downtown instead of one of the resorts further out of town. We're glad we did. This hotel is in a perfect location. It's just down from the ferry terminal and the cruise terminal. You can easily walk to many if the wonderful restaurants nearby. We opted for an ocean view room and enjoyed people watching from the balcony. They have a nice pool with sundeck to relax and gaze at the sea. Breakfast is included and you can order eggs cooked the way you like. As for the room it is clean and adequate. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Several people we spoke to say that they return year after year. I enthusiastically recommend Casa Mexicana for a great Cozumel experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is good and comfortable and proportion price/service is excellent. Located right on the main "Malecón" on the sea side, it's easy to access walking from the ferry! I'd absolutely recommend to my friends; workers are very polite, specially at the restaurant!
Sorry to mention this, but the main entrance escalators should be cleaned (perhaps just painting them!), from the bad smell too, specially being the first thing you see about the hotel!
- But this doesn't take off any stars from my evaluation ;) -
