Tanto en modalidad virtual como presencial todo estuvo muy bien organizando, dan seguimiento a las dudas, me encantó que el cheff de verdad te comparte sus tips y secretos y además te cuenta de la historia de ese platillo. Si no tienes exactamente todos los ingredientes, te dan opciones fáciles de conseguir. La verdad me sorprendí que las recetas me salieran bien y sin tanto batallar con trabajo extra (gracias a los tips). Excelente todo, lo recomiendo totalmente y van cambiando recetas según la temporada ?
I hired some cooking workshops, Chiles en Nogada and Hojaldras and atole de pinole. Both in virtual and face-to-face mode, everything was very well organized, they follow up on doubts, I loved that the chef really shares his tips and secrets and also tells you about the history of that dish. If you don't have exactly all the ingredients, they give you easy-to-get options. The truth was I was surprised that the recipes turned out well for me and without much struggling with extra work (thanks to the tips). Everything is excellent, I totally recommend it and recipes change according to the season ?
