La fachada de la Casa Miguel Alemán es espectacular, de frente están las escalinatas de mármol blanco y se aprecia un balcón, así como un pequeña fuente y áreas verdes muy cuidadas.
Al subir las escaleras del interior de la Casa Miguel Alemán, que forman una especie de “Y”, se encuentran grandes ventanales que hacen penetrar la luz y después con dos alas de habitaciones.
En esta casa el recorrido concluye en el sótano donde se encuentra el llamado bunker, habilitado en la época que gobierno de Felipe Calderón para sus reuniones de gabinete de seguridad, una sala de cine con butacas y una gran pantalla, los cuartos de servicio y oficinas.

El personal de seguridad muy respetuosos, tranquilos y atentos de su trabajo. Había personas en áreas verdes conviviendo, no había muchas personas en todo el centro. No hay muchas indicaciones para ingresar siendo peatón, pero el personal de seguridad te ayuda y orienta. Puedes dejar el auto cerca del mercado "el chorrito" y luego comer ahí. Creo que la Casa Miguel Alemán, la podemos visitar muchas veces y asombrarnos con ese lugar. Buen Kmino!

El arquitecto Manuel Giraud Esteva hizo un proyecto inicial, el cual fue modificado después de algunos ajustes por el ingeniero Fernando Parra Hernández. A principios de 1947 se empezó la construcción de la nueva casa estilo francés, la cual se concluyó cinco años después.
