La decoración se me hace correcta, se ve que invirtieron en el mobiliario y eso es de reconocerse. También quiero destacar que es un lugar de comida típica de Veracruz porque eso te ayuda mucho para elegirlo. Otro punto destacado es la vajilla que es de barro que le da un toque especial. Creo que pueden mejorar un poco en los alimentos porque aunque me parecen correctos en porciones y variedad, habría que ajustar los sabores y algunos detalles. Pedí unas enfrijoladas con pollo y carne Chinameca. Lo primero es que estaban frías, el frijol me parecía que le faltaba sabor y el pollo es pechuga asada, que desde mi punto de vista no combina muy bien, sería deseable que fuera deshebrado. La carne Chinameca se me hizo lo mejor y más destacado del plato. Pero no lo recomendaría. También pedimos una picada de cochinita. En contraste con el otro plato, muy buena porción caliente, el sabor excelente, la cochinita muy rica, solo le faltó un poco de picante a la salsa pero aún así creo que muy bien equilibrada y recomendable. El café de buen sabor aunque para ser de Veracruz podría ser mejor. La atención muy buena, te explican sobre el platillo y el concepto del lugar. Eso le da un punto a favor.
The right place, it is an adapted house but I think the distribution of the spaces is good. The decoration is correct to me, it is seen that they invested in the furniture and that is to be recognized. I also want to point out that it is a typical Veracruz food place because that helps you a lot to choose it. Another highlight is the crockery that is made of clay that gives it a special touch. I think they can improve a little on the food because although they seem correct in terms of portions and variety, the flavors and some details would have to be adjusted. I ordered some enfrijoladas with chicken and Chinameca meat. The first thing is that they were cold, the beans seemed to lack flavor and the chicken is roasted breast, which from my point of view does not combine very well, it would be desirable if it were shredded. The Chinameca meat became the best and most outstanding part of the dish. But I wouldn't recommend it. We also ordered a picada de cochinita. In contrast to the other dish, a very good hot portion, the flavor was excellent, the suckling pig was very rich, the sauce just lacked a bit of spice but I still think it was very well balanced and recommended. The coffee tastes good, although to be from Veracruz it could be better. Very good attention, they explain to you about the dish and the concept of the place. That gives you a plus point.
