✔️ Las instalaciones están decentes.
Contras:
❌ A pesar que desde un inicio te dicen que los arrendadores sólo irán de vez en cuando a checar las instalaciones, ellos habitan ahí, y "viven la casa como su hogar", no como un espacio de arrendamiento.
❌ En las mañanas no hay agua caliente en la regadera, y constantemente falla la presión del agua, al grado de no salir.
❌ Si eres una persona que te gusta o tienes la necesidad de cocinar, no estarás muy cómodo, ya que la cocina de la casa se comparte con un negocio de comida.
Pros:

Cons:
❌ Although from the beginning they tell you that the landlords will only go from time to time to check the facilities, they live there, and "live the house as their home", not as a rental space.
❌ In the morning there is no hot water in the shower, and the water pressure constantly fails, to the extent that it does not come out.
❌ If you are a person who likes or has the need to cook, you will not be very comfortable, since the kitchen of the house is shared with a food business.
