★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una estafa total, me dieron una habitación con humedad. Desde que llegué me percaté y avisé a recepción. Pusieron un deshumidificador ya que no había otras habitaciones disponibles. Cuando regresé, varias horas después, no pude conciliar el sueño. Me llegué a sentir tan mal que quería ir al hospital. A las 7 am me salí de la habitación, a las 8 am hice el check out. Lo peor es que nadie se hizo responsable, me cobraron la habitación completa. Ni la responsable ni la dueña quiso dar la cara.
Pésimo hotel. Deberían de demandarlos por estafar a la gente.
It's a total rip off, they gave me a damp room. Since I arrived I noticed and notified reception. They put a dehumidifier as there were no other rooms available. When I returned several hours later, I could not fall asleep. I felt so bad that I wanted to go to the hospital. At 7 am I left the room, at 8 am I checked out. The worst thing is that no one took responsibility, they charged me for the entire room. Neither the person in charge nor the owner wanted to show her face.
Terrible hotel. They should be sued for scamming people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue una total sorpresa. No había estado en un lugar tan bonito en mucho tiempo, es mágico el quedarse ahí. Fue una experiencia religiosa. La comida es espectacular, la atención muy buena. El mood del hotel es maravilloso.
El estar cerca de las nubes, la lluvia, el frío. Un lugar mágico!!
It was a total surprise. I have not been in such a beautiful place in a long time, it is magical to stay there. It was a religious experience. The food is spectacular, the attention is very good. The mood of the hotel is wonderful.
Being close to the clouds, the rain, the cold. A magical place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you visit Teziutlan, this hotel is the best option to stay. I visit here for work and it was perfect to have some rest.
The only thing is that in the room I stayed there were not blackout curtains and at night there were a lot of light that enters to the room because is in front of a little park.
I hope they can add blackout curtains to the rooms.
