★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Me comuniqué para preguntar por una pieza para una batidora sunbeam. Envié fotos, características, inclusive el manual del usuario. Me confirmaron que tenían el producto. Me trasladé, me atendió una señorita Naty. No comprobó físicamente que tenía el producto y se equivocó. Le pregunté siete veces entre qué calles estaba su negocio. Siete veces me contestó, estoy en el número tal, estoy junto al hotel Fleming, menos lo que se le pregunta. Tiene el WhatsApp del negocio y para ella es más importante estar en el teléfono que atender a los clientes. Me trasladé, utilicé mi tiempo y recursos en balde. Una pésima experiencia. NO LO RECOMIENDO.
