Pedí una cotización de una batería. No la tenían, solo sobre pedido.
Pasé las especificaciones y me dijeron "hábleme en 15 minutos" ( en lugar de decir "deme su teléfono y en cuanto lo tenga le llamamos")
Hablé media hora después y la mujer me dijo que no tenía el precio porque no le dije el modelo!! Cuando ya se lo había pasado varias veces.. Después de eso, me dijo "es que no trabajamos Yamaha"!!!.
Le dije que iba a reportar su falta de servicio y solo contestó: "si pues".
Esta mujer le hace mucho daño al negocio, el problema es que luego los dueños no tienen ni idea de por qué quiebran.

También me cobraron carísimo por un ajuste malo que le hicieron a mi guitarra, terminé llevando mi instrumento a academia Yamaha y allí me atendieron mucho mejor y me solucionaron el problema de mi instrumento, no los recomiendo para nada
