ME PARECE QUE LA UBICACION DEL HOTEL ES INCORRECTA EN LA PAGINA WEB SEÑALAN "Casa Nalum is located about 5 kilometers inside the Sian Ka'an Biosphere reserve, a UNESCO World heritage site just south of Tulum, México. Rent a car at the Cancun Airport or arrange for us to have you picked up. The drive to Casa Nalum is about two hours from Cancun."

We spent a week this March at Casa Nalum. Overall, there are much better houses to rent in the Riveria Maya region. Beach was full of trash. Specifically, we found broken glass bottles and sharp pieces of hard plastic on beach area directly in front of the house. The biosphere has a lot of trash along the beaches and tons of seaweed. This attracted a lot of mosquitos. Be prepared for all of your clothes to smell of incense to try and deter mosquitos. House manager was absent. AC does not work in all rooms and hot water works sporadically. The worst part is the road to Casa Nalum. It is in terrible condition, which adds 30 minutes to the travel time. Even driving at 5 mph the potholes were so deep that we were being tossed around inside the van. Chef Abraham and bartender Fernando are excellent! Unfortunately, we waited too long to book our trip and were stuck with very few options.

This was an amazing home. All of the staff was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The beach was fabulous. The design incredible. The food,, grilled fish, salad, was more than we could’ve asked for. I can’t recommend this place enough. I own Two very high and Homes that I rent in Malibu and another in Bahamas that I rent , So I understand what it is to pull off perfection day after day. Well done!

My perfect december holidays !!! This is by far the most beautiful and peaceful place on earth, we were welcomed by a fantastic staff, the house was absolutely incredible, I have been to many places but this was by far the best of the best, waking up to your private beach is just such a special thing , the calm and positive vibes of the house , with such lovely decoration, was already wonderful, but honestly there aren t many places were the beach is just all yours ! Your own perfect private compound, we simply did not want to leave , what a luxury retreat ! Fantastic house, fantastic staff( added a pic of our wonderful chef Abraham ♥️ ) were you will be treated like a prince or princess . Thank you so much to the Casa Nalum team you made my vacation unforgettable. Thank you so much Flor , Abraham , Mari, Fernando and Don Miguel .

I stayed at Casa Nalum for one week with my family and three friends. We had a fantastic time! The house is in a perfect location, right on the beach, and it is gorgeous. Having easy access to the lagoon is also great, and you can used the paddle boards and canoe to explore on the peaceful lagoon water. We also had a fun sailing trip on the ocean with the catamaran (Alessio, the captain, was a lot of fun). Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool every day. When you need a break from being outside, the main room of the house is perfect for relaxing and it can be turned into a private movie theater. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they will do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. I wanted to use a bike and they rented one for me and brought it to the house. They also organized a very nice trip to the Mayan ruins and a cenote for us. Finally, all meals were delicious. The cook is very talented and the quality and variety of dishes was one of the highlights. We asked if we could have a paella for dinner and he did it for us. If you want a relaxing and pampered vacation in a gorgeous setting, you will love Casa Nalum!
