★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager Michelle was wonderful and provided excellent service. My girlfriend and I stopped by on a whim for breakfast and were both stunned by the quality of the food, the presentation and price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone passing through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for breakfast and it was very delicious! The hotel is very beautiful and the service is amazing. Michelle is a great host. I can’t wait to go back for breakfast again. Next time we planning staying here. It is a wonderful hidden gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Namal is a lovely hotel right across from the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, spacious and modern. AC blows super cold. Good WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING boutique hotel! I was a litte nervous about staying here being our first time to Mexico…but the people were amazing! staff was so friendly & helpful. The decor is absolutely adorable & it’s literally across the street from the ferry! Breakfast is included as well (which I loved!) 10/10 recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an okish stay here. It’s a great location if you want to take the ferry, but not a lot else around the area (and the area is a little dodgy).
I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper, there is so much noise. Dogs barking all night, cars and trucks, people grinding metal. Even with earplugs I could hear it all. Also the toilet had a really bad smell. But the free breakfast was yummy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is only convenient if you're planning on getting on the ferry. We hired a driver from the airport who told us not to leave the premises because it isn't safe to do so after dark. This was awful as we hadn't eaten dinner and we were starving. The restaurant and bar were closed, so we were basically out of luck. The walls are thin and we kept hearing creepy loud banging noises all night until about 4am. Dogs barking and sirens going off felt like we were in a war zone. Needless to say, we didn't sleep. I couldn't wait for the driver to pick us up the next day and get us to Cozumel. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking to relax.
