E	Elon “AlienTrappedInAWomansBody” Musk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a room on Christmas Eve through hostel world. When I arrived they said they don't take bookings through hostel world even though it took my money, and they had no space for me. Also bad location.
F	Flora Vafea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, peaceful place, you feel at home. There is a well equipped kitchen that can be used. Roof garden with excellent view. Perhaps the best choice for a cheap and good stay in San Cristobal de las Casas.

D	Diana Ziebart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice house and the hosts Mauricio and Marina are very amiable and nice people that help you out wherever they can. The rooms are plain but clean and spacious, but they are definitely worth their money. The rooftop has the most amazing view and when the sun is shining it is the perfect spot for having a nice breakfast in the morning. The only thing that is not ideal is that the rooms (at least on the first floor) are pretty cold so you better come with proper clothes (at least for December). P.S.: Their cat frijol is very cute!

C	Carl Olerud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far away from the centre, small rooms and only two bathrooms and one shower for the whole hostel! So at times you need to wait for the bathroom. The breakfast was hardly worth mentioning, simply toast and fruit. But what was the worst is that we had messaged with one of the owners for a price, however when it came down to the payment the other owner demanded more, which was also more than when booking through booking.com. Highly unprofessional and nonsensical. Would not recommend, there are more places to stay which are nicer, hold to their agreements, with more coordinated friendly owners and a better price.

Here are some details about my experience: * I stayed a week in a private room with shared bathroom and was asked to pay 380MX/night upfront which is incredibly expensive for that part of town. * The place was somewhat clean; however the bedroom is uncomfortable and they are running over capacity in terms of shower and bathroom. * The internet WiFi is not working reliably enough for doing work. * It is a quite noisy house and felt difficult to feel at home.
