★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Departamentos desde una recamara, son pet friendly y están amueblados, se firma contrato por un año y el departamento lo puedes rentar amueblado o sin amueblar, si llevas tú muebles debes de ver las medidas principalmente de la lavadora que debe ser un centro de lavado frontal bajo de una pieza y el refrigerador que no sea de más de 11 o 13 P3, debes de ser puntual en tus pagos o la chapa inteligente de el acceso a tu departamento puede ser desactivada y dejara de funcionar, lo mejor de estos departamentos es que son Pet friendly, cuentan con huerto urbano, calentadores solares y hasta saunas y pequeñas terrazas si alquilas con estás ...
La zona no es la mejor pero es tranquilo, le falta al mejorar bastante la infraestructura pública pero si viajas en auto sin problema, el lugar de estacionamiento lo puedes alquilar con un coste adicional.
