a	alexis hr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la verdad es que tuve una mala experiencia en el lugar hace poco: rente una habitación por 5 noches, pero debido a una tormenta me fue imposible llegar los primeros 2 días y cuando por fin pude arribar al lugar mi sorpresa fue que no había ningún encargado del lugar para entregarme mi llave del cuarto, durante 3 horas estuve desesperado tratando de comunicarme con el dueño del hostal pero me fue imposible. después de que tuviera que llegar un conocido del encargado fue que pude entrar a un cuarto que no se parecía en nada al lugar por el que había pagado; la corriente de luz no era estable, el internet fallaba cada 5 minutos, no había agua caliente y el lugar tenia una fuga de gas que hizo que tuviera que dormir a temperaturas extremadamente heladas con las ventanas abiertas por culpa de la fuga de gas. la falta de profesionalidad, tacto y servicio del lugar deja mucho que desear sobre todo por el precio que uno paga por noche y lo peor de todo es que al final solo pude recuperar una parte de mi dinero por solo una noche que pase en este hostal... si van a creel hay mejores opciones y mas económicas por la zona The truth is that I had a bad experience in the place recently: I rented a room for 5 nights, but due to a storm it was impossible for me to arrive the first 2 days and when I was finally able to arrive at the place, my surprise was that there was no manager from the place to give me my room key, for 3 hours I was desperate trying to communicate with the owner of the hostel but it was impossible. L	Loto studio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay que dejar en claro algo este no es un Hotel, Si tú esperas servició al cuarto o que allá alguien todo el tiempo en el lugar para atenderte, este no es tu lugar, es más bien un departamento en renta dónde si llegas a tener algún problema le mandas mensaje al arrendador y el en la brevedad se pone en contacto contigo y le da solución a tus problemas ó dudas, la actitud del arrendador es amable siempre puedes llegar a un acuerdo con el, Dejando todo esto claro. El lugar estaba limpio, me gustó que tuviera estufa, cafetera y un mini refrigerador, también hay sartén platos, tasas y utensilios para hacer de comer, Lo malo no hay televisión, pero si hay internet pero no funciona para ver Netflix, Disney plus etc. Solo funciona para redes sociales y app de bancos, Solucione la falta de tv poniendo mi celular en un tripié y descargando las series ó películas, con datos, porque después de ir a conocer los lugares bonitos que te ofrece la sierra de Chihuahua se antoja descansar y ver una serie. Batallamos un poco con el agua caliente, pero se solucionó cuando vino el arrendador a poner el boiler de gas ya que también cuenta con boiler solar, cuando llegues pregúntale si está el boiler de gas, si es temporada fría, para que no pases una mala experiencia, también tienes que tener en cuenta que es de esos boiler que almacenan el agua caliente, si se termina dale tiempo a que caliente más agua. El lugar cuenta con calentón te recomiendo que en cuanto llegues lo prendas si vas en tiempo de frio, ya que el cuarto cuando llegamos estaba muy frío, si no lo sabes usar dile al arrendador que te explique. El lugar si cuenta con estacionamiento pero caben dos carros para no tener problemas para salir ó cuatro pero tienes que ponerte de acuerdo con los demás inquilinos. El lugar solo le falta más iluminación a fuera, pero que no te desanime, la zona es muy tranquila y enfrente los vecinos rentan cuatrimotos y por lo general todas las personas son muy amables.
