★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor que pueden hacer es comprar en esta página, yo encargué unas botas y cuando me llegaron estaban todas chuecas del tacón, por lo que se me hizo un cambio y al recibir las otras botas venían igual con defectos(zíper desnivelado, al ponerme las botas se arrugan horrible, una plataforma más curveada que la otra en si la calidad es mala, sin decir que muy incomodas y solo me las puse para medirlas). No me quisieron regresar el dinero y ya, solo se escudan con lo mismo de sus cláusulas y políticas pero no ponen en ellas nada sobre el defecto de fábrica “ya que ese no es su problema”. Les recomiendo que NO COMPREN EN ESTA PÁGINA, no desperdicien su dinero en productos de muy mala calidad yo solo quede muy decepcionada y enojada por la imagen que te venden y ya en tus manos es algo completamente diferente.
 The worst thing they can do is buy on this page, I ordered some boots and when they arrived they were all crooked at the heel, so I had to change them and when I received the other boots they came with the same defects (uneven zipper, when I put them on boots wrinkle horrible, one platform more curved than the other itself the quality is poor, without saying that they are very uncomfortable and I only put them on to measure them). They did not want to return the money to me and that's it, they only hide behind their clauses and policies but they do not put anything in them about the factory defect "since that is not their problem". I recommend that you DO NOT BUY ON THIS PAGE, do not waste your money on very poor quality products, I am only very disappointed and angry at the image they sell you and in your hands it is something completely different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevo más de un mes sin recibir el producto porque tenía una falla y el seguimiento y la atención ha sido inexistente. Fue tirar el dinero a la basura.
Terrible service, I have not received the product for more than a month because it had a fault and the follow-up and attention has been non-existent. It was throwing money away.
