★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy de los Estados Unidos pero visito Casa Om para dar talleres en cuencos o meditacion cada año. Hay clases de Yoga, talleres de varias temas y terapas individuales de psicoterapia con Paola Aban. Muy recomendable para la cualidad de lo que ofrecen. Esta en una plaza linda ademas con restaurantes ricas.
I am from the United States but I visit Casa Om to give workshops in bowls or meditation every year. There are Yoga classes, workshops of various topics and individual therapies of psychotherapy with Paola Aban. Highly recommended for the quality of what they offer. It is in a nice square also with rich restaurants.
