Casa Palmare Hotel Apart - 77713 Playa del Carmen

This was a very disappointing experience. First of all, the address is wrong. It took us appr. 1h to find that place. It is hidden beneath Av.10 (not Calle 10) and corner of Av. Juarez. The other thing is, that the kitchen was not equipped, means no dishes, no forks, no spoons or knifes and no proper pots. The fridge was a disaster, dirty and smelling...when we tried to talked to the landlady by phone she just send us a guy and avoided to talk to us. When we said we can not pay the full price for that, she just said either you pay or you leave. This was in the middle of the night, so she knew very well, that this would not work without any access to the internet to search for a new location...okay, it is cheap, but also the bed linen was dirty and there was no hammock as shown on the picture. Anyhow, it was not the same room as on the pictures...never ever again...
