Excelente lugar, con muy buenos muebles y facilidades dentro de toda la casa. Está ubicada en un lugar muy céntrico y con acceso a diferentes lugares de comida y diversión.

De las casas mejor adecuadas en Mérida, que no te sorprenda si reducido tamaño, de fachada, tiene absolutamente todo lo que podrías imaginar.

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay at Casa Panda, from Burro y Flauta Vacation Rentals, last week for 10 days. We were delighted that the property was even better than expected. The Santa Anna location was very central and even though we had a car, we left it parked in front of the house most of the time and walked everywhere. Casa Panda's accommodations are stylish, comfortable and clean. The towels are large and fluffy, and smell good. The master bed is huge, and very comfortable. The sheets are really very good. The kitchen is well-equipped. The air conditioning, fans, and Wi-Fi all work really well. The washer/dryer took us a bit of getting used to but we were really happy to be able to do our laundry at the house. One of the nice things about Casa Panda is that basic products are initially supplied and refreshed. Basic products like coffee, shampoo, toilet paper, drinking water, laundry detergent--we did not need to worry about them at all. There were one or two times when we ran out of things and all we had to do was send a text to the concierge and within hours we had what we needed. I thought that the level of service was good as any hotel we’ve stayed in. And it is infinitely nicer to have all the space of a 3 bedroom house then to be limited to one small hotel room. When we first booked the property we anticipated that we would be alone, but some friends joined us at the last moment. We were really pleased that there was no extra charge for them, since there were enough bedrooms to accommodate them. And they loved the house as well. But for us, the best thing about Casa Panda is the family that rents it. From my initial emails with Becca, who handles the Internet side of the Burro y Flauta Vacation Rentals, to meeting her mother and father who now live in Merida and run the business, I cannot say enough good things about how much richer our stay was for our interactions with them. They were helpful, interesting and engaging. We consider them to be friends. My husband and I plan to return to Merida in the future and we would not think of renting anywhere other than Casa Panda, or another Burro y Flauta property.
