★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had my room booked months with someone else before I booked it. 2 months went by with this room double booked before someone noticed. They then expected me to change my vacation and come the next day for a shorter time for the same amount of money. I live in a different country. It was the holidays when I was planning on going and there was no where else to stay except a slightly more expensive room at the same location. They refused to put me there. Then they did not respond. Do not waste your time with them
