Excelente trato del personal, los cuartos muy limpios y amplios, la alberca está genial con profundidad de 1.5 Mts aprox. Acceso a la playa a unos cuantos metros. Cuenta con Internet inalambrico muy útil porque la cobertura con telcel nomas no agarro

Great place to stay. Quiet, comfortable and friendly.

Location: Great! Cleanliness: Very Poor!! Maintenance: Very Poor!! Internet: doesn’t exist!! It’s a typical family business, which is not a problem. However, seems they don’t want to spend money on proper cleaning and maintenance of the place, and don’t do themselves. Due COVID situation, we said we could clean the bungalow ourselves because we didn’t want people entering in our place while being there (that would be a saving for them!). However, they didn’t make sure to have the bungalow cleaned and tight upon our arrival! The place was completely full of dusty and dirty – and that’s not because it was cleaned a couple of days before our arrival. They say there’s internet and haven’t corrected in their website that the downstairs bungalow doesn’t get Wifi signal – which, by the way, could easily be solved by expanding the internet signal by putting another hub surrounding. If it was just lack of Wifi signal at our specific bungalow, it would be OK, but neither Telcel gets signal there – in other words, you’ve ZERO connectivity staying in that bungalow. This should be made clear to guests. The owner, Andrea, made all the efforts to attend us and we could see her willingness on it. However, it seems she doesn’t count with the proper support from her family. A terrible miscommunication between her daughter (also Andrea) and them about payments happened in my case, where after paying the other half of our staying I was still charged. I was owing them a couple of nights due our early arrival, and honestly – I kept to the very last minute to make this payment because I couldn’t trust we would have the service they promised us. Maintenance happens when guests complain! Which is unacceptable. Our shower drainage was completely clogged when we first used, and after asking for fixing it sounded like they’re doing a favor for us. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend neither wouldn’t come back, unfortunately.
