Pero me decepcionó pues ofrecieron exactamente la misma entrada de cortesía que ofrecen en su otro restaurante, no tenían disponible todo lo del menú por lo que no pude probar sus chiles en nogada. Se repite en el menú el platillo del tatemado de cerdo que tienen en su otro restaurante, pero $30 pesos más caro. Las bebidas del menú también se repiten. El lugar es muy bonito y ofrece una espectacular vista al río. La atención, sabor de platillos y presentación excelente. I went hoping to find a different menu than the other restaurant Casa Pascual. But I was disappointed because they offered exactly the same free entry that they offer in their other restaurant, they did not have everything on the menu available so I could not try their chiles en nogada. The dish of the tatemado of pork that they have in their other restaurant is repeated on the menu, but $ 30 pesos more expensive. The drinks on the menu are also repeated. El menú sencillo, corto,excelente opción para personas con dietas vegetarianas o veganas; el menú esta hecho con mucho pensar, profesionalidad se nota y el enplatado es toda una artesanía en sí; me enamoré de los sopitos Pilar, definitivamente volveré ya que me da curiosidad para probar otros platos, ya que son algo inovador; me enorgullece que platos de cocina colimota sean reinventados. Creo que la personalidad del chef y sus ideologías estan bien aterrizadas y materializadas en su cocina. Sugiero que a los huevos a la Mexicana se vieron muy simplones y aburridos, digo que no descuadre con todo el concepto de ofrecer lo común a otro nivel y calidad. El lugar esta agradable, es una casa típica de comala (muy bonita), excelente atención, un lugar para probar una presentacion diferente de los platillos cotidianos, es comida con ingredientes de calidad, con presentaciones de los alimentos de forma hermosa, todo lo que pedí venía complementado con semillas, flores comestibles y un toque de brillo/polvo dorado comestible. El cafe de olla es personalizado por cada comensal . El precio es alto, pero porque lo que ofrecen es preparado al momento y con buenos ingredientes y las porciones servidas son muy grandes, puedes compartir el platillo. Al irme por equivocacion no guardaron para llevar nuestra comida como lo solicité y fue mas de la mitad de los platillos, me hicieron un descuento por ese incidente, pero hubiera preferido llevarme mi platillo. Mas adelante volveré para una ocasion especial. No es lugar para niños (por los espacios y por el menú ). I went to breakfast. The place is nice, it is a typical comala house (very nice), excellent service, a place to try a different presentation of everyday dishes, it is food with quality ingredients, with beautiful food presentations, everything that I ordered came complete with seeds, edible flowers and a touch of edible glitter/gold dust. The pot coffee is personalized for each diner. The price is high, but because what they offer is prepared at the moment and with good ingredients and the portions served are very large, you can share the dish. When I left by mistake they did not save our food to go as I requested and it was more than half of the dishes, they gave me a discount for that incident, but I would have preferred to take my dish. Later I will return for a special occasion. It is not a place for children (because of the spaces and the menu).

We all ordered juices and they were very weak and watered down, food was somewhat overpriced (7 chilaquiles for $1,840.00 pesos?) As we were awaiting our meal, who appeared to be the owner asked how we were doing and asked what we needed,. MY friend asked for a diet coke, response was a very sharp...." We don't serve soft drinks here" without any other options. Location is beautiful, but all Comala is, food was well made, but all the chips were burnt....all in all, tacos tuxpeños in the plaza were a much better buy.
B	Bas Debbink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the cheapest breakfast you can find but it is certainly very delicious and unusual. The do it yourself cafe de olla is a nice touch and tastes amazing, I'll definitely have to try that at home some time. The chilaquiles with peanuts was a surprising twist on the ones you get everywhere else and I highly recommend it. The view of the river (and sound of running water) was a nice touch and I highly recommend this place. Service was fast and friendly, we were accompanied here by someone from the location near the plaza as they had no room left there.
