The house is absolutely breath taking, between the large bedrooms, spacious bathrooms that make you feel like your at a spa, the rooftop with the most grand 360 views and the cherry on top of all this is the incredible jacuzzi!!! Not to mention the house has a perfect location in a safe gated community, which is less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Playa beaches and 15 minutes to 5th Aveneue and the downtown area with great shops & yummy restaurants! Also want to add that the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating while planning our stay. Quick to respond to emails, answered all my questions went above and beyond to make sure we had the most luxurious vacation! As I am reliving my trip, I’m getting the urge to rebook at Casa Passalquca and experience it all again VERY soon!!!!

It’s very safe and the locals are so friendly. Lots of conveniences. The villa is very well kept with lots and lots of space. And the views are spectacular! The jacuzzi is awesome. Can’t wait to visit again soon! Simply the BEST!

We especially had a great time on the rooftop infinity jacuzzi sipping cocktails and enjoying the amazing view!!!! Can’t wait to go back! Loved it!

We vacationed here with a group of friends and there was plenty of space for sleeping, entertaining, and some much needed R & R. My personal fav - the rooftop pool with beach views. If you are searching for an exceptional family or friends vacation rental, this is it! I can't wait to return.

A 3 minute walk to the most remarkable part of the beach in playa and a rooftop deck overlooking the ocean with a jacuzzi, bar and sun beds! This lovely and authentic villa is remote enough for a quiet getaway with friends or family and yet of short walking distance to the center of all the main attractions and hotspots. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom and the beds are so comfortable! Had such a great time and stay at Casa Passalacqua! Thank you - we can’t wait to return again soon!

The house is beyond gorgeous, clean, and had plenty of room for my large group of friends. I absolutely love the roof top pool and how it's only a 5 min walk to the beach! The shops and restaurants are super close too. Thank you, Casa Passalacqua, for being the perfect place for the perfect vacay!

A small group of friends stayed and everyone was extremely happy with all the comfort and beauty the house has to offer. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. It has plenty of bedrooms to spread out and even had a rooftop pool/hot tub where you can enjoy the most incredible view. The house is located in a gated community about a 15 minute walk to 5th Avenue where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants and nightlife. We felt safe and had a few fun nights in town. The best part was the house is only steps away from the most beautiful beach! The owners made our stay simple, relaxing and were a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!
