★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice property, but the jaccuzzi heater did not work all week, and hadn't worked for the renters before us. None of the 3 phone lines worked all week, and we weren't told that due to a local holiday, the maid couldn't come on the holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a reason why it's the highest rated condo in Cozumel! It was the highlight of our vacation!! I have never seen more beautiful sunsets - we could have spent all day overlooking the ocean from our balcony or the infinity pool. It's in the perfect location in town and the owners and condo staff are amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest highlights of our time in Cozumel was this condo. The condo is in a perfect location in town, next to two grocery stores and several restaurants, but far enough away from the city center noise. It's a spacious four-bedroom condo on the 7th floor and has an incredible oceanfront view. Each evening from our balcony, we got to watch some of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen. There’s a hot tub on the balcony, and one below next to the infinity pool – which was one of our favorite places to hang out after scuba diving.
The condo was so nice that, as excited as we were for scuba diving and exploring the island of Cozumel, it was tough to leave each day haha – we are so glad we chose to stay there. If you want a place to stay and feel like royalty, I highly recommend Casa Phoenix!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to stay in Cozumel. I think the location is more than perfect. The condo is unreal! Spacious and right on the water. Private beach and pool and a grocery store across the street. And a movie theater that shows movies in English with Spanish subs.
Book directly with the owners on their website. They have a booking tool that allows you to see their availability.
The location can't be beat. You have a perfect view without cruise ships. Docked between you and a sunset. This is very important. And you can walk anywhere downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words do not describe just how beautiful Casa Phoenix is. From the breathtaking views from the balcony or from our bedroom window, to the comfortable beds and large space full of light and windows made this stay more than perfect! Everything we needed was provided, all the kitchen goods, to water toys, laundry etc! Even the staff we loved! We will definitely be coming back again to stay at Casa Phoenix, only question was, why haven’t we stayed here before?! If you’re looking for the perfect stay, book this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo was so amazing. First impression was that it was super clean and could tell it was well taken care of! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Poolside and tanning areas were never crowded which was so nice. In the room they had a binder filled with extremely helpful information, regarding places to eat, hospitals, and excursions! The staff of the building was always so helpful and sweet as well. I cannot wait to stay here again! If you’re looking for a place to stay with family or friends that still allows you to be together yet has privacy, I highly recommend this condo!
