Rooms are spacious and very clean with very comfortable beds, aircon and even a bar fridge. Location is perfect, a short walk from the bus station if you are coming by bus and only 5 minutes to the beach and main square. Only problem is checking in, they require you to contact them by phone or send them an email to let them know you are there. The cafe next door has wifi though and they responded quickly to come let us in.

Best coffee & mocha. Oatmilk is an option they have as well, although im a leche (milk) drinker, my vegan friend was happy they had oatmilk. Nice sandwich and other food items. I was just happy to get a really good coffee / cappuccino.

This place is great, the staff is super friendly and the rooms are quite nice. The only problem I had was my room smelling like humidity. It's a few blocks away from the beach and a few steps away from the Hippie Market. The prices are more economical than most places around town. Very simple and comfy rooms. The entrence is safe and a few blocks away from Centro.

Great place. Rooms are industrial/funky and well equipped. Nice bathroom and shower. Fan. Great location 5 minutes from bus stop and about the same to beach. Secure. There's a great patio. Be prepared to make a local phone call on check in. The cafe next door has wifi if you need to Skype.

Very unique, all the rooms are different, terrace is really enjoyable, outside but not suffering from the heat. Allowed us to early check in, which was surprising and welcoming. Only draw back are the steep stairs that have different sizes so coming up and down with luggages can be a task. Clean, and very well stocked

We (30M, 29F) stayed here recently and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the facility and its simple yet effective decor. If you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room and will be on the beach or on the town most of the time, then this is the place for you. Our room faced away from the street and was quite quiet with hot showers and a well functioning air conditioning. The town is super close (2min Walk) and there is a convenience store and coffee shop located underneath Casa Pia. There is a decent breakfast place across the street and the beach is a 5 min walk away. Bathrooms was tiled and the shower was great. There is a little terrace to have drinks on look at the town from. I can’t comment on the noise levels of the rooms that face the street. We felt we would stay here again and didn’t need anything more as far as accommodations go. Our items felt secure when we were gone and we had no issues. My only issue was the fact that you need to call the owner when you arrive as there is no front desk. We didn’t have Mexican phones or plans so this was a little bit of a run around and should be detailed during the payment process. After a long day of travel it was a bit of an annoyance. Make sure you write down the address and phone number before you get to Sayulita.
