★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just absolutely gorgeous. You can’t help but be impressed by the location. The waiters and bartenders are very sweet and extremely helpful. The cocktail list is full of unique and interesting choices. And they do a deft job off list with classics (the dirty martini comes ehhh pickled cauliflower!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, great espresso drinks. Walked in with a group of 6 and was sat down immediately. This was a Thursday night so I don't think we would have been as lucky on a Friday or Saturday. Overall it was a great experience. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously, I had often gone to this place and it was quite tasty and good, but yesterday the service was slow, the waiter forgot about us for a long time.
The music was very loud, it was not possible to talk comfortably.
The food a little raw and with a lot of oil and the cocktails were promised and they didn't have a good taste they definitely lowered their quality a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I went to Casa Prunes for my bachelorette dinner and had an amazing time!! The cocktails are delicious - We loved the carajillo and the wilson! - and we shared a bunch of small plates (and ordered seconds of everything)! The vibe is perfect for a celebration of any kind. Good music and very cool space in one of CDMX’s historic preservation sites. 10/10 would recommend, you will not regret a night at Casa Prunes!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give Casa Prunes 100 stars I would. If you’re traveling to Mexico City or even if you live there, RUN don’t walk to this restaurant!! This is a must visit. Not only is the restaurant BEAUTIFUL…Every detail was perfect from seating, to glassware, ambiance, staff, etc. The food was AMAZING. We did a ton of appetizers to share and everything was delicious, leaving me wishing I had one more bite left after finishing. Drinks are well made/mixed. This is by far one the best restaurants I’ve been to all time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for Sunday brunch, they have the full normal cocktail menu if you just ask for it, the drinks are cool, the place is beautiful and the food is bonkers! I can’t speak for the evenings and nights but I can’t imagine they’re anything but great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous bar (at least the main one), in an open air courtyard. We just stayed for a drink and a snack. If you can get a seat at the back bar, it looked pretty cool. The other bar is more utilitarian. Otherwise, the atmosphere is a little eclectic...I guess it depends where you were sitting — seems like it might be a better place to come with a group, as there were a few having what seemed to be a great time in the more ornate rooms off of the courtyard. I think we were there on a bit of an odd and hectic night, but Orlando was great behind the bar and happy to engage and make us feel welcome even on a busy night.
