tanto en el local y vía telefónica....
única y última vez que voy a este lugar… pedí el precio por teléfono y la atención FATAL, decidí darles otra oportunidad y acudí físicamente al local, solicite algunos insumos (que quería comprar en el momento) y el precio de algunos productos a lo cual un sujeto mal humorado contesto "ya no le des más precio", pero en que lugar de su puesto dice "NO PREGUNTAR PRECIOS"... el servicio a cliente es COMPLETAMENTE NEFASTO... finalmente NO me están regalando nada y MENOS les pido regalado… nuestro dinero VALE y ESTOS PRIMITIVOS te tratan como que si te hicieran el favor… CONCLUSIÓN; busquen otros lugares cerca tienen MEJOR trato y el precio ni se diga… definitivamente un buen aprendizaje con este pinchurriento lugar.

The only and last time I go to this place ... I asked for the price by phone and the FATAL attention, I decided to give them another chance and physically went to the place, requesting some supplies (that I wanted to buy at the moment) and the price of some products to which a grumpy subject answered "don't give him more price", but where in his position he says "DO NOT ASK FOR PRICES" ... the customer service is COMPLETELY NEFASTO ... finally they are NOT giving me anything and LESS I ask of them given away ... our money IS WORTH and THESE PRIMITIVES treat you as if they were doing you a favor ... CONCLUSION; look for other places nearby they have BETTER deal and the price not to mention it… definitely a good learning with this spicy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La situación fue que marque para pedir informes de una silla de ruedas y la Sra Verónica Paredes según la dueña prepotente que tenía que ir forzosamente le dije sólo quiero saber el precio intermedio para llevar el dinero y comprarla .... grosera a más no poder que falta de respeto la actitud y palabras de esta mujer en fin todo se regresa en esta vida y multiplicado!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medio recomendables, no tienen buen servicio al cliente, la mayor parte del tiempo encuentras lo que necesitas a buen precio, pero son flojos los vendedores, no contestan los teléfono, no contestan los correos y ahorita por la situación de la pandemia creo que deberían tener un mejor servicio vía internet y teléfono para agiilizar las compras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente muy mal servicio, después de llamar varias veces me contestó la operadora, por cierto muy amable, pero después de dos intentos fallidos para comunicarme al área de atención a clientes me dejaron esperando por más de treinta minutos y al fondo se escuchaba a los empleados platicar y reír hasta que me cortaron la llamada, hago incapie que me hicieron esperar por mas de 30 minutos en el teléfono.
Si tienen mucho trabajo aconsejó al dueño o administrador del negocio que no ofrezcan este servicio de atención telefónica que solo da mala imagen.
Ya había yo leído otras malas reseñas sobre este negocio pero no las quería creer hasta que lo comprobé.
No tomaré a esta tienda como opción para hacer compras.

If they have a lot of work, he advised the owner or administrator of the business not to offer this telephone service that only gives a bad image.
I had already read other bad reviews about this business but didn't want to believe them until I checked.
I will not take this store as an option to make purchases.
