I loved it this Hotel! Nice attention, nice service. The food are really good, especially the coffee. The rooms are very clean, and the Hotel looks "colonial" the rooms there are very beautiful. And the bed's are so comfortable. One of the best for me! 100% recommended!!!

Warning for Smokers! The hotel itself is very nice but deffently not for smokers the reception practice a extorcion like behavior. At ur arrival tou will sign house rules wirh penalties of 1000 pesos of smoking. In my personal expirence i verified there is no smoking area in the hotel and stepped every time for smoking outside of the hotel what the cameras and the receptionists can proof. To not conterminate the streets with cigarettes bums i keep them in my pockets and later dispose them in the trash of my hotel room what also has been proven from the same staff. No matter what at the end 2 days later the receptionists insisted that due her smell expirence and of one of her college i had smoked in the room. And forced us to pay 1000 pesos. The owner (by phone ) said that he belive me but it is forbidden to dispose cigarettes bums in the room or to have any cration of smell of smokers in the room. We where of a buisness trip and my college's confirmed all so at a point she wanned to negociate to give her 500 pesos. I declined this of principals bc i will not take agree to something not comitted. This is for me a extorcion like behavior and is a shame for a hotel with such potencial. I can not recommend this hotel at all for smokers. And for our visit it left a very bad expirence of our visit.

Excellent service, wonderful rooms and a very nice open area to sit and relax/eat in. Only minor issue was that the 'continental' breakfast that is included only has a small pastry, so you end up buying more anyways but the food is pretty good too :)
