Desafortunadamente no puedo opinar lo mismo de la supervisora o encargada del lugar, una persona desafortunadamente grosera y con nada de servicio al cliente, esta persona es lo único que me hizo un desagradable momento, sin dejar de mencionar que al lugar si le hacen falta mejorias, como una buena remodelacion en sus habitaciones... Desafortunadamente regresaría solo lo pensaria por esos dos detalles. Excellent place to rest, if that is what you plan to do, cleanliness of 10, I always found my room in the best conditions. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the supervisor or manager of the place, an unfortunately rude person and with no customer service, this person is the only thing that made me an unpleasant moment, not to mention that the place does need improvements , like a good remodeling in their rooms... M	Milena Capov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the amazing stay at Casa Reino. The apartment had everything we needed. I loved the European minimalism combined with the Mexican artisans. The rooftop hosted many chilling nights. The owner (Nina) provided us with all the details about the culture and places we needed to visit. Sparkling clean, safe, in the center of the city, and close to all the supermarkets and the main mall in Cancún. It was very convenient to have a parking space for our rental. I would love to go back.
