Casa Roberto - 82110 Mazatlán

He venido de vacaciones y me ha gustado mucho la atención. Desde la entrada en la recepción hasta que llevan tu platillos a tu mesa son bastante amables y te explican cómo está cocinando el plato que eliges. Me tocó que me atendiera Tony y Roberto. Sy atención es muy buena. Lo calificó con un 10 el sabor de la comida es muy bueno y las bebidas también. Las aguas de horchata y Jamaica son muy buenas. Recomiendo las enchiladas de pollo con salsa roja.

Buen sabor, Buen costo, aire acondicionado, el servicio de meseros deja mucho que desear. No creo que les guste el trabajo de servir a otros ( más bien les disgusta ), lo digo por el mesero de mayor edad. No pongo menos calificación porque el mesero chaparrito Raúl ( creo que se llama) Salvo el día el es excelente.

Tostadas, tacos, enchiladas con muy buen sabor. El lugar es pequeño..pero si tuve la oportunidad de visitarlo un par de veces durante mis vacaciones.

La comida de este restaurante es muy rica, los platillos son antojitos mexicanos como tacos dorados,enchiladas y tostadas. El ambiente del restaurante es agradable y acogedor. El personal es muy agradable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Los precios bastante accesibles.

Comida riquísima, precios accesibles, el lugar es muy bello y con decoración mexicana, además el servicio es increíble, los meseros son muy amables. La presentación de los platillos también es muy buena. Si van no olviden pedir una jericalla de postre, no se arrepentirán!!!

Worst "Mexican" restaurant I've ever been to. It was recommended by a friend, they also recommended the chiles rellenos. The food here looks fake and tastes worse. My wife and I ordered the queso fundido with mushrooms to start, that was pretty good, and we should have stopped there. Food was not hot when it arrived and we didn't like that. I also ordered horchata and that was another disappointment. They only take cards, since it's part of the hotel.

It's located in the Hotel Playa Mazatlan, just a few steps from the sidewalk (right at the front on the left-hand side as you look at the hotel) You don’t need to be a guest to dine here. And no, it doesn’t come with ‘inflated hotel prices’ that you might see elsewhere in town. :) The prices are actually REALLY good, especially because it's located in one of the nicest hotels in town. Tacos and enchiladas are 30 pesos, gorditas, tostadas, and quesadillas are 35 pesos, or you can get a huge plate of guacamole or cheese fondue to split for 80 pesos. For people with sensitive stomachs: When we stayed at the hotel we actually got to do a kitchen tour where we found out lots about their food/safety standards. They inspect, wash and disinfect every fruit and veggie by hand, their water (even ice!) goes through a rigorous 4-stage purifying process, and their kitchen is sparkling clean. For anyone that gets a rumbly tummy eating Mexican food, you should be eating here instead! Try the: - Tonicol (soda made in Sinaloa flavoured with vanilla) - Horchata (juice made with rice milk) - Queso fundido with mushrooms - And of course the tacos, quesadillas, tostadas and guac! Really good flavors with everything! Classic recipes and timeless traditional dishes, plus they use local ingredients, spices and produce whenever possible! They are open 1pm-9m daily. two thumbs up!

Very sad. It had great reviews and as we were disapointed by the hotels buffet by the sea, we really hoped this place was good. The price was decent .. and was comfy atmosphere. We sat down and they didnt even have menu with price as this is mainly used by all inclusive hotel guests. I ordered coke and it came in a few min but i had to flag soneone down for a glass which took 9 minutes. The food took awhile and they served "fried chicken" with salad on top, and poured au jus on it. Quite interesting.. the food was slughtly better than buffet which was probably the worst buffet I ever had.. slow, bad service. Very mediocre food. Horrible presenration.
