Very spacious it accomodated our entire group. It was also located in walking distance to everything we needed.

Awesome place to rent for the weekend. A little bit it in the outskirts of town but we couldn't beat the price.

We spent a week here & my only regret is that we didn't rent it for our entire 2 week vacation. The house is very clean, modern and kid friendly. Something about this house just makes you feel comfortable, welcome... Like we were home. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Good water pressure & hot water for showers. They also have a Reverse Osmosis water filter, so no need for bottled water while we were here. It can be a bit of a hike up the alley if you aren't used to the altitude, like me. That being said, I adjusted pretty well by the end of the week. There is a small hamburger shop at the entrance to the main alley that has great food and a very handy little grocery store for grabbing something to cook. I like to walk... for me the location was great because I could turn R & walk to La Presa, or turn L & go downtown. (A couple of kilometers to downtown) if you aren't too crazy about walking, there is a bus stop across from the hamburger shop or a taxi is easy to flag down. I hope to visit Guanajuato again next year & with any luck, this house will be available then.

We stayed in the kid friendly portion. Great place. Host is quick to address any issues and the backyard is great for kids! Of note: you have to do a bit of an uphill walk from the parking area to the rental. Likely not for people with knee problems etc...
