Built in 1929 for the current director of the Fundidora Company of Fierro y Acero de Monterrey, S.A. in 1977 it became the headquarters of the offices of the pelleting plant until 1986. From 2005 to 2018 it was the headquarters of the Fundidora Park Offices.
