Dejé un lienzo a enmarcar y una semana después de la fecha de entrega, llamé y me dijeron muy frescos que “no se hizo el trabajo porque no había existencia del marco.” Si no llamo nunca me avisan y nunca lo hacen. Fui después a recoger el lienzo y me lo devolvieron como si nada. La genio de la encargada llegó a la brillante conclusión y me dijo “Sí debimos de haberte avisado.” Y ni me ofrecieron alternativas, solo me quitaron mi tiempo. Se nota cuando una “buen negocio” cae en manos de los hijos o los nietos.
NULL SERVICE I left a canvas to be framed and a week after the delivery date, I called and they told me very cool that "the work was not done because there was no existence of the frame." If I don't call, they never let me know and never do. I went to pick up the canvas and they returned it as if nothing. The manager's genius came to the brilliant conclusion and said "Yes we should have warned you." And they didn't offer me alternatives, they just took my time. It shows when a "good business" falls into the hands of children or grandchildren.
