★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy asistí en búsqueda y compra de utensilios de cokteleria y el personal en especial una señorita me negó el acceso argumentando que el piso de atrás estaba húmedo y me dijo de forma arrogante ¿que vas a comprar? y al contestarle me dijo ¡Ah! no lo tengo sin consultarlo.
He asistido a esta tienda por varios años por su calidad considerando que es una tienda que cuenta con los mejores utensilios de cocina, con esta actitud no me quedan ganas de volver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace una semana fui, y puedo decir que me lleve una mala experiencia en la sucursal de la 4 poniente, digo si quiero que me traten de mala manera mejor le digo a alguien ¿no?, aparte de que pregunte si contaban con ciertos utensilios y solo me respondieron: ahí debe de a ver, buscalos, claro como yo trabajo en esta tienda, tengo el control del almacén y se donde se encuentran todos los utensilios, se si aún cuentan con ellos, la verdad que mala experiencia y aparte de que las dos damas estaban platicando y no atendían bien, y si las interrumpidas de manera amable se enojaban y te volvían a responder de mala manera, yo recomiendo ir a las materias primas pequeñas del centro, por lo menos tienen el tiempo suficiente para atenderte de una buena manera, solo espero nunca volver mas a casa rugarcia
La considere una buena tienda pero el mal personal solo hace que la tienda sea totalmente mala, que lamentable es esto.
