The location is a bit tricky to find for the first time. 1. You can either reach it through the Callejon behind Hotel San Diego. 2. Or have your taxi drop you off on the corner of Calle Alonso and Callejon Barranca. Be warned, like many places in Guanajuato there's a bit of an uphill climb. Keep that in mind especially with your luggages. Also may not be a good idea for anyone with mobility issues. The house is 3 level, living and kitchen on the 1st floor, 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor and 3rd bedroom of the 3rd floor. Modern amenities, full kitchen and the bedroom and bathrooms are excellent condition. Everything worked well during out 7 days stay. The beds are comfortable, pillows are soft and the sheets clean and new. I can saw you have a very good view of the Centro on your balcony. Very airy and breezy on the 3rd floor. But the rooms are equipped with a floor fan. There's is a roof top you can use for a better view of the city. Location is excellent within a walking distance to everything, the party, lively vibe, even the Callejoneadas come in front of the house. So far, I wished that the water pressure in the shower is stronger. That's about it. Wifi worked well, but the signal gets weaker in the 3rd floor but that's normal. Overall our stay was excellent, we didn't encounter any issues. The host was prompt with our questions. I will definitely stay here again and I recommend this place.
