★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! -- We booked for two nights of our honeymoon, but the airless, claustrophobic suites made it impossible to sleep. We were so exhausted, we forfeited the money for our 2nd night -- plus lost a highly anticipated day in Zacatlán -- and drove home.
(Someone needs to make the architect sleep in one of their rooms!) Though staff tried to find us an alternative, there was nothing they could do to overcome a room design with AC that left the first level freezing and the loft sleeping space stuffy and unbearable.
Don't be fooled by the beautiful, stylish outdoor spaces. Avoid making the same mistake.
