★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, girl in the front is rude inpatient, would not give proper info about room, “practically said, take the room or leave it” bathroom door with no handles, no curtain, only one small towel per guest, no matin bathroom and water splatter all over the floor from shower. She also took her time to bring towels, was upset we reminded her, and we were overcharged. (Check prices in line first).
Would not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful stay. The staff is better than any fancy hotel in the US, but the prices are so much better. Big, charming rooms with a wonderful courtyard. It's right next to everything beautiful in San Miguel. I absolutely recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location. Lovely room. Could benefit from extra outlets and lighting. The facade is beautiful and it dates back to how I imagine an original hacienda. However, the 2 birds wouldn't stop squaking and making loud noises in the morning- we wanted to sleep in a little longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abandoned great location. I forgot to take pictures of the room and a bathroom but it’s really sad they have this awesome location and decided to invest zero money for what it looks like the past 50 years. Overpriced even though like I’ve great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Sautto was cold and lacking in personality. The location was ideal but it didn't make up for the lack of amenities: The beds were just fair. The curtains were thin and didn't cover the windows or keep the light out. There were not enough plugs or lights, and the bedding smelled like sweet cherry fabric rinse. We would never stay here again. The only saving grace was Bacca's restaurant across the courtyard. Now that is something to rate with 5 stars. Sorry Sautto, it just didn't cut it for us seasoned travelers. We missed the usual warm Mexican hospitality.
