The guys provided us good tips and trick to explore mexico in the right way. The guys are working hard to provide to the visitors best services in town. Thank you guys Well done.
O	ONTOPMEDIACONTENT Correa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are from the United States, this place is truly such a bargain! it's tremendously inexpensive, a great value. We are just thrilled to have founded, it is only 10 minutes from playa del carmen beach by bicycle, it has a very strong Wi-Fi signal, the entire management team is incredibly amiccable and hugely customer service oriented. Undoubtedly I will recommend this place! Good job management team keep it up!
M	Morgan Burton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not easily impressed, but wow! This place is impressive. A tremendous bargain, huge rooms, super nice staff... Ice cold water upon check in. New place, only opened this year...I was staying at places 2-3x more expensive that were hellholes compared to this place. It's on the wrong side of 50th (by only 3 blocks) but for 339 pesos it's worth the extra 5 min walk. JUST GO AHEAD AND BOOK IT! Sorry for yelling :)

The jacuzzis were dirty and cold with bugs floating in it, and half the time only one was working. The wifi never worked and the door in the bathroom wouldn't shut. Then they tried to charge us more when we were checking out because we were 10 minutes late, and the son of the woman had the audacity to say that it wasn't his fault that I was in Mexico and didn't speak Spanish, which I don't know why that would matter since I was on vacation and they run a hotel business and me speaking Spanish had nothing to do with the fact that they were trying to not give my deposit back.I would recommend a cheap hostel over this place.

Excellent free coffee, good cleaning service, powerful Air con, strong WiFi, multi-lingual staff. Great value too. Basically all you could wish for as a visitor to Playa on a budget. Special mention for the excellent Jacuzzis! Will definitely return :)
