★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí un espejo el 3 de septiembre y el Sr Manuel quedo en enviarlo al día siguiente, después de 15 días esperando el envío le solicite la devolución del importe pagado y a la fecha (15 octubre) no hemos recibido el reembolso.

El Sr. Manuel Nájera Rodriguez es quien nos ha estado atendiendo y lo único que dice es que "se le pasó" y que "está muy apenado"... su pena no me sirve, esperaba un servicio de mayor calidad y compromiso... necesito una solución ya mismo.

Y devuelvanme mi dinero ASAP

Puras mentiras, “que ya lo mandaron, que ya cambiaron de paquetería, que apenas lo están armando, que lo están empacando, me mandaron una guía y la paquetería afirma que cancelaron la recolección 2 veces!”Ahora espero reembolsen lo que pague “ay si ajá”. No se dejen estafar! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia me enviaron todo lo contrario a lo que pedí, deposite el pago del envío y en paquetria me lo cobraron de nuevo por que ellos no lo pagaron, me cobraron el doble del envío y a casi un mes aun no me hacen mi devolución y ni dan respuesta.
No los recomiendo
