Necesitan mayor capacidad de resolución de problemas y servicio al cliente.
Sucedió en el show de hoy.
No nos dejaban pasar porque tenían mal la reservacion, aún así no era un problema grande traer otra silla, durante estas 2 horas y media, hemos visto cómo siguen trayendo sillas y mesas, hay lugares vacíos...
Nadie ha venido a ofrecernos nada, tuvimos que ir a buscarlos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los eventos mal organizados, el responsable llegó una hora tarde, y los invitados esperaron más de una hora afuera (y llegaron a la hora acordada). El registro de covers mal hecho, no cumplidos. Además todo dentro carísimo.
