Un excelente lugar para quedarte en Puerto Vallarta es muy tranquilo, limpio, y las personas que lo administran son muy amables y atentos. 1000% recomendable

Nos encantó el lugar ! En principio planeábamos quedarnos solo por un mes, pero la comodidad y las buenas atenciones recibidas por parte de los administradores hizo que cambiemos nuestros plantes y nos alojamos por 3 meses. Dentro del edificio tienen varios departamentos y todos están muy bien equipados (utilizamos mucho la cocina), ideales para estancias largas. Los atardeceres en la terraza son imperdibles y pueden apreciarse mientras se disfruta de la refrescante alberca. Muchas gracias por las atenciones, esperamos volver pronto :D

Response from you: Casa Sombrero was a disgusting roach filled apartment, and when it rained, there was a leak in the roof and this was an issue that was never solved. We had to stuff the towels on the terrace so the water wouldn't come through our apartment. Also, there was never clear communication of us not being able have a few friends over. Ute was seemingly chill person, but ended being an over-bearing host, who was not direct in communication. If there was no one else allowed, then we wouldn't have booked here in the first place. Its funny that Ute tried to call us out with the busted patio furniture: "not had luck with our beach chairs on terrace and both brook (I think she means broke) just on the first day/night" the furniture was cheap, and Ute even talked to the distributer of where you had bought it the very next day, and they told Ute personally that the furniture was faulty, but it's so hilarious to us that she brought that up in the review; I sat down in your busted furniture and hurt my back when I fell through (also so did my partner) and it is still hurting til this day, so we should be the ones complaining about that. The apartment stank like human waste at times, and we both have weird rashes that still haven't gone away. Leaving a few things in an Airbnb has never been an issue, the maid that you hired and is probably underpaid would certainly not have an issue with throwing out a few more things--as that is their job. We helped your business not go under in a time of crises, and you have not delivered the kind of universal quality service that we have ALWAYS received from Airbnb hosts. We're not angry with Casa Sombrero, we just want you to do better.
