Great place , close to town. Now called casa paloma.

Beautiful place and a great location

Casa Sonadora is truly the best home in Sayulita. The location is a quick walk to town and the beach down a windy path filled with flowers and wildlife, but you feel like you are the only house there when you are home. The private pool overlooking the surf break and iguana trees makes for the perfect resting place between all of the activities Sayulita has to offer. Each room is spacious, clean, and easy to get comfortable in - especially since you can see the ocean from each one. We loved how private and accessible the house was and the support team made the experience even better. Any questions or concerns were responded to almost immediately and we had the best time getting to know everyone. You can totally stay in and feel like you get a full vacation experience or head out and explore from the early morning through the night. The perfect balance! We will be back as soon as we can get there.

We had an amazing stay here! The house is in the perfect location, easy to walk to the beach and downtown restaurants and shops. Ernesto was so helpful and easy to work with, he made the trip easy and seamless. Would definitely go back!

We had an amazing time at casa sonadora. It is truly a house of dreams. We had the chef cook several meals for us and alternated days of rest with days of adventures. On the adventure days we took a jungle hike and went snorkeling. It was a perfect vacation in a magical place!

Absolutely beautiful home, great views with a pool! Walk 2 blocks to the beach or city plaza where you will find more places to eat and shop than you can check out during your visit, unless you stay for a month. Plenty of night activity for those who want to party and paint the town. I do not surf but was impressed with the waves and number of people who enjoy that. Ernesto and the host/owner are attentive to all the details and will help you with just about anything you need. Fully appointed kitchen for those who want to cook but we were on vacation and the food is so inexpensive in town that we always had our meals there. This will be our go to destination every year.

Wonderful house and best location in Sayulita. The property manager is attentive and the staff kept the house beautiful. We had our 4 kids ages 1-8 with us and there was plenty or room for all, plus more! The kitchen is a great layout and I haven't found a more spacious one in Sayulita. The pool was perfect after being on the beach. The views are spectacular and the rooftop is stunning. We love renting a golf cart to cart all our kiddos around although if it was just adults it wouldn't be necessary at all as you can walk to town and the beach in a couple minutes.

We rented this home for a laid back wedding group over Thanksgiving. There were workers in the house when we checked in at 4. They were there until 6:30pm. I told maintenance the refrigerator was not cold but he said it was just cleaned so wait and see. We had stopped at the supermarket before we arrived so everything we bought spoiled as it was not cold the next day.. so more workers in the house the next day that left a mess behind. The wedding was on Monday evening and that night at 2am my friend woke in her bedroom to a man stealing her wedding ring!! She screamed and yelled and and he ran off with her bag with her purse in it and they also stole money from my 12 year old nieces bag...needless to say it was a huge nightmare. We called to police, cancelled credit cards and had to go to the consulate for a new passport. I understand this kind of stuff happens everywhere, but it was bound to happen and certainly looked like it had happened before. The locks were only half working and broken and it was just too easy. It looked like someone just walked right in......... It had tons of ants in the kitchen and HUGE roaches. YUCK!! The pool was freezing and not very clean and we requested it to be heated (as was stated in the rental agreement) but they had some excuse about not having the piece to fix it?? So it was finally working the day before we left. Some of the bedrooms upstairs had stained bedding, Inexcusable! We were promised many things to help put our minds at ease as the break in was traumatic especially for the children. but all we got were 2 deadbolts and They did put a night watchman eventually but they didn't even change the code for the front gate (that didn't work most of the time anyway) Extremely disappointed to say the least.
