★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky enough to spend 3 weeks with Susana in April as a student at her school. I came from Canada so was also fortunate enough to stay with Susana and her lovely family. Everything about my experience was above expectations. My skills after the time there were more than I could have hoped for. Susana, her family and Leti who works at the school are all lovely lovely people. I cannot stress enough how if you're thinking of taking any kind of class, take it at Casa Susana. I had contacted two other schools in Mexico City first but was not pleased with the correspondence I received. My experience was personalized, my learning extensive and my memories are priceless. Her cakes are also amazing and delicious.
