He lied on Booking.com and said that we had never showed up in the hostel, only to avoid a bad opinion.

There are multiple reasons for that: - room is super small - tv was not working properly - safe was not working - the top of the shower was open (picture) - water pressure barly existing - the ventilation in the bathroom sounded like a shreeder - not very comfortable beds definitiv to small for 2 ppl There are some positives to mention as well: - Stabel WiFi - helpful staff - fridge in the room The worst thing and ultimatly the reason why we moved out was a water outage that lasted almost a full night and half a day which is absolutely unacceptable.
N	Naï on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a super good stay at the hotel. It is very well located in downtown, the staff is super nice, kitchen fully equipped, our bedroom was small but comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Only one disadvantage is water - it's in barrels like in other hotels on Yucatan, but taste like tap water and it was the first place after one month trip where we had intestinal problems ? I haven't proof, of course, but my suspicion is on water in hotel.

There is no bar, restaurant and decoration is minimal, but for the price it’s very good. The place is clean. Entrance is hard to find (digital code door on the wall; reception is on the 1st floor up a flight of stairs).
